"Form Analytics" from Jotform does not store any personal data. The analysis of your enquiry behaviour is generally anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

Data on: "Traffic" (views, response, conversation time, avg. time), "Device", "Platform" (browser) and "Location" (countries) are analysed and recorded.



Your email enquiry is stored on our computer for 3 years. We do not store any address data and do not pass it on.

The storage takes place within the legal retention periods.


We use an HTTPS protocol for data transmission. Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure is a communication protocol on the World Wide Web with which data can be transmitted securely (currently in the best possible way). It represents transport encryption.

5 Data transmission and data security


Our website uses an HTTPS protocol. This means that user data is encrypted during transmission and therefore transmitted securely. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The careful and secure handling of personal data is a matter of course for us. We protect your data from unauthorised access and loss. The data is therefore stored in a secure environment using technical measures or on external data carriers. Your data can only be accessed by a few authorised persons.


6. server data (server log files)


For technical reasons, our web hosting provider "IHC" collects data about access to our website and stores it as server log files. We have no influence on the collection of this data.

IHC has offered a statistics service since January 2019. The data is transmitted to the company's own statistics server in Landeck. This means that the data does not end up in the hands of foreign companies and is managed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.


We do not currently obtain any of this server data automatically (e.g. through a subscription).

7. persons in visual media


If we use photos or videos from our own archive on this website in which people are recognisable as specific persons, we have obtained the consent of these people prior to publication or have been provided by them themselves.

If recognisable persons are depicted in image media of other authors, these photos and videos are published in compliance with copyright and licensing law and the author concerned is responsible for obtaining the consent of the persons depicted.
